• Enquiry details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and optionally the property address, property type, the service you are interested in, your preferred contact method, your message, and any photo you choose to attach.
• Consent choices: whether you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry and whether you opted in to optional updates.
• Limited technical information: your browser user-agent string and a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To protect the website from spam and abusive automated submissions.
• To send optional updates, only where you have separately opted in.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Legal basis and consent

Enquiries are stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Any photo you attach is stored in private file storage that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to server-side systems and authorised personnel. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to respond to and administer your enquiry and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers to host this website and store enquiry data. These providers process data on our instructions. Data may be processed outside Ontario or Canada and may therefore be subject to the laws of other jurisdictions.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or request deletion.
